Unless there is a problem with a payment method or delivery address we will be processed and leave our warehouse within two business days.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If there is a problem we'll reach out to you by email and by phone to remedy the situation.  Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it and it will need to be refunded according to our return policy.
